Teach in England – Secondary School Teachers Needed. We are recruiting teachers from across the Caribbean to start permanent teaching roles in UK state schools.

Secondary School Teachers – Relocate to England (Visa Sponsorship Provided)

All Together Education Recruitment is a specialist international education recruitment agency working with government-regulated secondary schools across England. We are currently recruiting qualified teachers from the Caribbean to work in UK schools teaching students aged 11–18.

This is an opportunity to secure a permanent teaching position in England with a licensed sponsor school and full support throughout the relocation process.

About the Role

Teachers will be placed in UK secondary schools (equivalent to Forms 1–6 / Grades 7–13) delivering the British National Curriculum and GCSE / A-Level qualifications.

You will join an established department, receive mentoring support, and gain internationally recognised teaching experience in the UK education system.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: approx. £30,000 – £53,000 per year (depending on experience)

Visa & Relocation Support

We work with UK government licensed sponsor schools who can provide:

• Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
• Certificate of Sponsorship (work permit)

• Relocation advice and settling-in support

(Some schools also provide relocation assistance depending on subject area.)

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a teaching subject
• Have a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, Diploma in Education or equivalent)
• Have classroom teaching experience at secondary level
• Be confident teaching students aged 11–18
• Be able to meet UK visa requirements and English language standards
