The Sanitation Lead is responsible for the verification of the cleanliness of the equipment and facilities, including the management of chemical dilutions and usage, proper waste disposal and to ensure that all Standard operating procedures are adhered to, and corrective actions are completed.
Main Function:
The Sanitation Lead oversees all sanitation activities in the poultry processing plant to ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety, and company standards. The role is responsible for the verification of the cleanliness of the equipment and facilities, including the management of chemical dilutions and usage, proper waste disposal and to ensure that all Standard operating procedures are adhered to, and corrective actions are completed. The Sanitation Lead, along with the QMS Manager- IPP is the primary liaison between the CB and the contracted sanitation company.
