We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team and help us expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Job Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Agent, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our technology products and services of gaming machines, technical and service of  parts and other machines. You will be responsible for developing and identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our sales targets and enhancing our brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy Development: **

  - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

- **Client Relationship Management:**

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  - Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- **Marketing Initiatives:**

  - Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  - Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and online presence.

- **Sales Operations:**

  - Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status

  - Report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  -Coordinating with the Operations and Technical support of the business to ensure delivery of a positive customer              experience.

   -Receiving and making sales calls and email; informing customers of all relevant information including product details,       sales offerings, timeline for deliverables, system updates, new products, and service, etc.

- **Team Collaboration:**

  - Work closely with the product development and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met.

  - Team player

  - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
