Sales and Marketing Manager with responsibility for Wedding, Events and Entertainment

CocoLaPalm hotel is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow market share, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate must be creative, target-driven, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
• Build relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and groups
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Manages a team to include Weddings Events and Entertainment.

Requirements:

• At Least 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment
