Our entry into the air condition business began 18 years ago supplying affordable split type air conditioners to the Jamaican market to satisfy increase demand from residential and commercial real estate development projects. This decision was timely taking into consideration increasing global warming and its effect on how air conditioners will play a greater role in providing comfort.

Aleabra , formerly Leading Brands Jamaica Ltd was formed in 2003 representing Klimaire Products Inc, and Hitachi Air Condition and now Hisense with hundreds of solutions sold to well-known corporate and medium sized enterprises, government, hospitality and residential development projects. 

 

Sales and Marketing Manager 

"A company involved in the sales and distribution of air condition equipment, energy saving technologies, building fixtures and equipment, and execution of major HVAC installation projects seeks an experienced business development manager to grow its customer base.

 

Duties

  • Lead company participation in relevant trade events
  • Organize and coordinate promotional activities to boost sales
  • Implement strategies to drive increase take up of products and services
  • Source and maintain contact with high level decision makers to realize business and project sales opportunities
  • Set quotas, assign accounts, and oversee sales targets for junior sales representatives.
  • Implement internal competition strategies to enhance sales represent performance.
  • Develop sales & marketing programs according to product portfolio.
  • Responsible to prospect and maintain commercial accounts.
  • Implement company ability to participate in both private and government Tenders
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial partnerships and joint ventures.

 

Required

  • Business or Technical degree will be an asset
  • Strong B2B sales experience
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exemplary leadership & Communication skills
  • Must have a Motor Vehicle
