JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Director plays a critical role in driving the company's revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction goals. This position is responsible for implementing strategies that directly influence financial performance and for leading the development of effective sales and marketing structures, processes, and teams to achieve measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and deliver annual revenue, profitability, and market share target
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities in new markets, partnerships, and distribution strategie
  • Translate corporate objectives into actionable sales and marketing plan
  • Align strategies with measurable outcomes and evolving customer and market need
  • Lead national and regional sales operations across all segments and channel
  • Drive pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and sales disciplin
  • Oversee branding, digital, product marketing, campaigns, communications, and researc
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to optimize campaigns and maximize RO
  • Ensure go-to-market efforts are aligned with customer insights and competitive intelligenc
  • Optimize existing channel performance and capitalize on emerging opportunitie
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics, and Financ
  • Support demand planning, inventory management, and efficient order fulfillmen
  • Develop and enforce commercial policies on pricing, trade terms, credit, and receivable
  • Partner with CFO and COO to manage cash flow, credit risk, and commercial cost efficienc
  • Design and evolve the commercial organization structure based on business need
  • Build high-performing teams with clear KPIs, coaching, succession planning, and accountabilit
  • Represent the company to key customers, partners, and industry stakeholder
  • Support strategic accounts through executive engagement and tailored service solution
  • Provide data-driven reporting to CEO and Board on commercial KPIs and market trend
  • Use analytics and post-mortems to refine strategies, improve agility, and maximize ROI

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Post Graduate Certification
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in sales and marketing; 7 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
  • Experience managing multi-regional or global teams and operations
