Job Summary

Our client is seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing team in Falmouth, Trelawny.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving established sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, developing business relationships, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and follow-up activities
• Generate leads through networking and community engagement
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Prepare sales reports as required
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ sales experience
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and smartphone literacy
