We’re seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to support route sales, manage stock levels, assist sales agents with basic tools, and share performance insights with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Route Performance

  • Drive sales across designated routes by supporting and monitoring the daily activities of field agents.
  • Validate sales logs, and ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products (airtime, SIMs, handsets etc).
  • Optimize routes and schedules for maximum coverage and cost efficiency.
  • Provide on-the-ground support and ensure adherence to sales targets.
  • Recommend promotions and route strategies based on field feedback and market trends.

 Field Team Support & Supervision

  • Act as the go-to support for sales reps in the field—troubleshooting issues, ensuring they are well-equipped, and tracking their daily KPIs.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales agents, ensuring they understand products, sales goals, and company procedures.

Technical Support

  • Provide first-level technical support to the sales and distribution teams, including device configuration, troubleshooting, and POS-related queries.

System Reporting & Data Support

  • Extract and validate data from the sales and inventory systems to produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Support the Country Manager with data for decision-making, including route performance, stock movement, and sales activity reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry across all platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales operations, territory supervision, or mobile distribution
  • Background in telecom, FMCG, or wholesale distribution strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools; CRM and POS experience is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to monitor field sales and support delivery activities.
