Sales Specialist

Now Hiring: Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to support the growth of our product portfolio, including air conditioning units, lubricants, and related accessories. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving profitable sales, and providing product guidance to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate is commercially aware, customer-focused, and able to balance sales performance with long-term value creation.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins
  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, retailers, workshops, and other key customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across product lines
  • Provide basic product guidance and recommend suitable solutions to customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
  • Support inventory planning and ensure alignment with company policies
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field would be an asset
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in HVAC, automotive, or industrial products)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain product specifications
  • Experience in managing customer accounts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Results-driven and accountable
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Commercially minded
  • Organized and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and grow

 

Requirements
