We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will drive the sales process through proactive outreach, strategic relationship-building, and consistent follow-up, while leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and CRM management to exceed targets.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and buying criteria, and positioning our products or services as solutions to address their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets by negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships, answer questions, overcome objections, and facilitate the sales process to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and results.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation roles. Internship or entry-level experience in a sales-driven environment also considered.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
  • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2
  • Appropriate work-from-home environment
  • FT availability (40 hours a week)
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have:
    • Experience working with CRM systems
    • Experience working from home
    • Good time management
    • Detail-oriented
    • Experience working with US-based companies
    • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
    • Self-motivated

Technical Requirements
  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
Compensation & Growth

  • 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
  • After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
  • After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
  • After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
  • After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
  • After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
  • Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.
