The Sales Specialist plays a key role in promoting and selling printers, software, printing supplies, and related services to both businesses and consumers. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys relationship-building, consultative selling, and helping organizations improve efficiency through modern technology. You will identify and convert new business opportunities, maintain long-term client relationships, deliver customized solutions, and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell a wide portfolio of office technology solutions—including multifunction printers, production printers, digital screens, workflow software, and managed print services.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that improve their operations and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to highlight features and functionality.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, strategic prospecting, and effective pipeline management.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
- GCE A-Level or CAPE passes
- Computer Literate, with Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- IT certifications are an asset
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven success in B2B sales (technology or office equipment is an asset, but not required)
