About the Role
We are a rapidly growing technology company seeking two dynamic Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition across Jamaica. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to join a high-growth company offering competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and engage potential customers across Jamaica through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
•Present and demonstrate our service to prospective clients
•Close sales and achieve monthly customer acquisition targets
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and retention
•Manage territory strategically to maximize market penetration
•Track and report sales activities and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
•Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in any industry
•Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
•Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle (essential)
•Valid Jamaican driver's license
•Ability to travel island-wide on a regular basis
•Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own schedule
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
•Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications
