Sales Representative
On behalf of our client, a well-established distribution company, we are inviting applications for the position of Sales Representative. The successful candidates will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the growth of the company’s operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell the company’s products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, market intelligence, and forecasts.
Collect payments from customers in accordance with company credit policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Represent the company at trade shows, promotional events, and customer meetings as required.
Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration would be an asset.
At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in the distribution, retail, or FMCG sector.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Must provide verifiable professional references.
Must own and operate a reliable vehicle.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
