Sales Representative

On behalf of our client, a well-established distribution company, we are inviting applications for the position of Sales Representative. The successful candidates will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the growth of the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Promote and sell the company’s products to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.

  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.

  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, market intelligence, and forecasts.

  • Collect payments from customers in accordance with company credit policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, promotional events, and customer meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

  • Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration would be an asset.

  • At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in the distribution, retail, or FMCG sector.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets.

  • Must provide verifiable professional references.

  • Must own and operate a reliable vehicle.
