Our client is located in Aranguez that specializes in doors, washroom and sanitary facilities is seeking to fill the position of a Sales Representative.

 

SALARY RANGE:$10,000.00 – $12,000.00 inclusive of travelling allowance, based of course on qualifications and experience.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • At least seven (7) CXC Passes including Mathematics and English (Grades 1-2)
  • Sales and Marketing Training and Certification evidenced by a Diploma or other similar training or qualification

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings is considered an asset
MUST HAVE:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must own a reliable working vehicle
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office Suite

 

A FEW LISTED DUTIES:

 

Service existing accounts, obtain orders and submit quotations by referring to price lists and product literature
 
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
 
Prepare, schedule and conduct sales meetings with customers, including architects, engineers, consultants, building contractors, project developers, building owners, interior designers and facilities managers
Acquire a complete working knowledge and full technical competence of all products and services 

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management

Follow up on all outstanding debtors in an assertive manner 

Ensure that accurate invoicing for assigned projects is carried out in an accurate and timely manner

Generate accurate quotations ensuring submissions for projects are completed, advising customers on the better solutions to problems 

Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual customer analyses
