Sales Representative

The Sales Executive is responsible for servicing new and existing customers of ARC Manufacturing Limited.

ARC Manufacturing Limited, one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturers and distributors of building materials, is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill the following position of Sales Representative for its Mandeville distribution hub:

General Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build and maintain business relationships with clients, prospects, and professional networks.
• Conduct market research, to include trends and competitor analysis and make recommendations to improve the portfolio. 
• Develop and implement a zone action plan through comprehensive analysis, to be adjusted when required, based on results.
• Evaluate the needs of the customers and ensure that exceptional service quality and standards are consistently maintained.
• Prepare accurate proposals and reports.
• Represent the company at business events and meetings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passionate about sales with at least 3 years’ experience in Sales.
• Excellent at generating leads, negotiating, and building relationships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of business applications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
• Own a reliable motor vehicle and can travel.
