Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our innovative hydroponic farm specializing in premium lettuce, tomatoes, and sweet peppers. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our brand and expand our market presence across Jamaica

THE ROLE:

As our Sales Representative, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to increase our market share, build relationships with key accounts including supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants, and contribute to the growth of our business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop and execute national sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with wholesale, retail, and food service clients
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with production teams to align sales with inventory
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Represent the farm at trade shows and industry events

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• University degree in Business, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in produce or agriculture
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Valid Jamaican driver's license and willingness to travel across island
• Must own a  reliable vehicle
