Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team at Eco Smart Packaging Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by promoting our range of eco-friendly packaging solutions, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored, sustainable product recommendations. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, educating clients on eco-conscious alternatives, and building long-term business relationships across the island.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into active, repeat customers.
• - Promote and sell sustainable packaging solutions by understanding customer needs and clearly highlighting product benefits and eco-friendly advantages.
• - Use a consultative, solutions-based approach to recommend products, suggest strategic product placements, and introduce promotional offers.
• - Resolve customer concerns promptly through investigation, effective communication, and solution-based reporting.
• - Educate clients on the environmental impact and value of switching to Eco Smart products.
• - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to support continued growth.
• - Carry out other duties as assigned, in line with the company’s goals and values.
• - Prior experience in Sales and relationships with Wholesalers, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Caterers and any other related industry is a must.
• - Must own or have full access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle.
• - Valid Driver’s License required.
• - Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
• - Must be available to travel island-wide to meet client demands.

Qualifications & Requirements:
