Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth and development of our food service customer base. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving product penetration within a diverse portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts within the food service channel
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and drive sales growth
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Promote products based on customer needs and operational requirements
  • Provide recommendations, samples, and usage ideas to support customer success
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional opportunities where applicable
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Accurately process orders and follow through to delivery
  • Support clients with practical, cost-effective solutions to enhance their operations
  • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and account performance
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with company policies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English
  • Previous experience in FMCG, retail or experience within a related distribution or service-based environment is an asset
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
