Sales Representative – Baxter Portfolio

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of the Baxter portfolio within the healthcare sector.

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive sales growth across assigned accounts and territories
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and institutional customers
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Support product implementation and customer training activities
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
  • Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
  • Provide timely market feedback and customer insights to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business field
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Good organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Strong commercial and customer service mindset
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital equipment, or healthcare sales would be an asset
