Job Title: Sales Professional

Position: Permanent/FullTime

Reports to: Retail Store Manager 


About the Role:

The Sales professional is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while achieving individual and store sales targets for the Company. This includes managing customer relationships, processing transactions efficiently, supporting inventory management, and maintaining store standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Present and sell company products/services to walk-in customers
  • Assist customers in identifying suitable products based on their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and product/service issues.
  • Process repairs and warranty claims, including capturing device details, issuing forms, and updating customers.
    • Coordinate with repair vendors and manage loaner devices during service periods.
    • Support the organization and restocking of inventory.
    • Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Explain and process RMAs.
  • Assist with partner store training, inventory analysis.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 CXC subjects (including English and Math, Grade 1–2).
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, telecommunications, or mobile sector sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work on shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Comfortable working with technology and POS systems.
