PURPOSE OF JOB:
To drive revenue growth for the company's Auto Care Product Line across Trinidad and Tobago by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies and ensuring the consistent availability and visibility of products across all channels.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Grow market share for the company's Auto Care products through proactive selling and territory expansion.
• Customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Sales growth and business development through product and market knowledge.
• Sales operations including planning, route management and coverage and administration.
• Order processing and coordination.
• Customer data management and reporting market intelligence.
• Revenue growth and sales target achievement.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company's Auto Care brand through representation and promotion.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in field sales preferably in automotive, lubricants or FMCG sectors.
• Associate degree in Marketing, Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Valid driver's license, and willingness to travel extensively across Trinidad and Tobago.
• Knowledge of automotive service industry and retail landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ability/flexibility to work a 40-hour work week as rostered including weekend, nights and public holidays.
