Sales Operations Manager

Seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to propel our B2B sales to new heights across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. Join MASA Assist as we expand our international Group Benefits business!

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Vice President of International Sales Strategy and Operations, you'll play a crucial role in adapting our U.S. broker resources for the LAC region. This includes contracts, standard operating procedures, training materials, marketing collateral, sales tools, and price lists. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating the contract process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new brokers, and empowering our sales community to excel in group benefit cases.

You’ll also take charge of internal projects aimed at enhancing our business processes. One notable project involves the digital fulfillment of member cards and associated materials, showcasing our commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Foster seamless communication between sales and various departments.
• Facilitate sales reporting and analysis, ensuring actionable insights.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to develop effective sales tools.
• Coordinate comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
• Implement quality controls to ensure compliance in sales presentations.
• Manage budget allocations and track pipeline reporting for proactive decision-making.
• Support administrative tasks, including contract management and compliance procedures.

What We Need From You

• 5-10 years of sales operations work in the Group Benefits Insurance industry within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. Previous employment with insurance providers, carriers, or brokers is preferred.
• A resourceful, can-do attitude to tackle novel business challenges.
• A positive spirit, embodying our core “ACCTT” values of accountability, compassion, customer service excellence, teamwork, and trust.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
