What You Will Do
Reporting to our Vice President of International Sales Strategy and Operations, you'll play a crucial role in adapting our U.S. broker resources for the LAC region. This includes contracts, standard operating procedures, training materials, marketing collateral, sales tools, and price lists. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating the contract process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new brokers, and empowering our sales community to excel in group benefit cases.
You’ll also take charge of internal projects aimed at enhancing our business processes. One notable project involves the digital fulfillment of member cards and associated materials, showcasing our commitment to innovation and efficiency.
