Manage orders, invoicing, and inventory while supporting sales growth. Build customer relationships, generate leads, and coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and AR teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate fulfillment, and strong customer retention.

Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for managing orders, invoicing, and inventory while driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role ensures efficient coordination across teams to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders and invoicing for service station locations and external customers
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Upsell and cross-sell branded products
• Identify and develop new customers beyond our station network
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Support vendor coordination and delivery scheduling
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoicing and collections
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
• Generate leads for LPG, fuel, and other services

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including English Language and a numeric subject
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (asset)
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles
• Experience in retail, fuel, lubricants, or similar industries is an asset
• Valid General or Class C driver’s licence held for at least 5 years
