The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the institute’s security and public safety training programs.

Sales Officer

The role focuses on driving revenue through tele-sales, client relationship building, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the institute’s training programs to a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client needs assessments and match them to appropriate services.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking and referrals.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals to ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and pipeline activity.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective planning, organization, and persistent follow-up.
• Support marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, and event participation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales; education or B2B experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, sales, and client relations skills; proficiency with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and effective follow-up management.
• Must own a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
