• Lead the sales and marketing team and make sure everyone understands the company’s goals
• Develop sales plans that match what clients in the security industry actually need, such as guard services, patrols, alarm response, CCTV monitoring, and access control
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and organizations that require ongoing security support
• Prepare marketing plans that improve visibility and help attract clients who value strong and reliable protection
• Guide advertising, social media, corporate materials, and public communication to keep the company’s image professional
• Track sales results and marketing performance and adjust plans when needed
• Study the market to understand competitors, pricing, and new opportunities
• Work closely with operations to ensure that what is promoted can be delivered in the field
• Resolve major client concerns in a calm, professional manner
• Prepare reports, forecasts, proposals, and presentations for management
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related area
• 4-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security sector or another service industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
