The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing teams by creating engaging marketing content, supporting marketing campaigns and assisting with administrative tasks. This role helps drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
Create engaging marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns and promotional materials.
Track sales data and prepare performance reports
Respond to customer inquiries and route leads appropriately
Monitor social media and digital marketing channels
Prepare relevant reports as assigned.
Perform general administrative support for the department
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
