The Sales Manager will lead, coordinate, and oversee the operations of medical equipment department. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring high performance and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications/ Experience:
An MBA or the equivalent working experience in the related field is required.
Fifteen years (15) sales and marketing experience, at least five (5) of which must be in a senior or multi-departmental management role.
Experience with both CRM and ERM packages.
Proven success in leading sales teams in the science, healthcare or medical equipment sector.
Must have a proven track record of having successfully managed a Sales Team of over 25 employees.
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft suite
