We are on the look out for a strong Sales Manager to Lead and develop the sales function for Printware Online. You will train, and coach the sales team; design and run lead generation and qualification programs; ensure compliance with company policies; and work closely with Finance, and Logistics to meet and exceed sales targets while building long‑term client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Train, and coach the sales team: recruit talent, run onboarding, deliver ongoing coaching and role‑play, and set individual development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: enforce pricing, discounting, contract, and data‑privacy rules; maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Develop and implement lead generation and qualification strategies: design outbound and inbound campaigns, refine lead scoring, and coordinate with Marketing on content and campaigns.
  • Motivate and incentivize performance: set targets, assist in designing commission and incentive plans, run recognition programs, and manage performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales data to improve effectiveness: track pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss, average deal size, and forecast accuracy; translate insights into action.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships: own key accounts, lead renewal and upsell efforts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: partner with Finance for pricing and collections, and Logistics for order fulfillment and SLA adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in B2B sales with at least 1–2 years in a frontline sales leadership.
  • Track record: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building repeatable sales processes.
  • Systems: Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel for sales analysis.
  • Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with contract terms, pricing governance, and basic data protection requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience: Experience in print services, office equipment, or related B2B services.
  • Advanced education or certifications: MBA or sales certifications is a plus.
  • Technical fluency: Comfort discussing technical product features and coordinating technical service delivery.
  • Language skills: Additional language skills relevant to customer base.

  • Sales leadership: Coaching, pipeline management, quota setting, and performance calibration.
  • Analytical ability: Strong data literacy; able to build and interpret dashboards and translate metrics into tactical changes.

  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Ability to align Sales with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to remove blockers and improve customer experience.
  • Operational discipline: CRM hygiene, forecasting rigor, and process documentation.
  • Coaching mindset: Ability to diagnose skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching and training.
  • Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable with change, able to prioritize under pressure.
