About the Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue, grow our client base, and lead a high-performing sales team. You’ll be responsible for sales strategy, business development, and mentoring team members, while ensuring every client interaction reflects our values:

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all sales activities and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Create and execute sales strategies, quotas, and incentive programs
  • Build relationships with local/international clients, partners, and vendors
  • Guide event proposals from vision to contract and payment
  • Track KPIs, maintain accurate CRM data, and provide regular revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with operations for seamless event delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years in sales leadership within DMC, hospitality, events, or tourism
  • Experience managing significant sales revenue, with proven ability to scale accounts and expand market share.
  • Strong leadership, business development, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
  • Passion for the travel & tourism industry
