Maximize sales and measure performance on a daily basis with reference to sales and production reports versus targets. Manage the resources of the department to ensure maximum productivity achievement of Company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Leadership

  •   Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  •   Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Be an agent for change, focused on the set out Future State of the Compnay 
  • Stickler for process and very well organized.
  • Has the ability to create customer relationships directly in the field while managing Account Executives. 

 

 Sales

  • Oversee the entire sales process up to customer delivery and satisfaction.
  • Work Closely with production, and other areas of management to ensure on-time delivery with minimal wastage and ensure customer demand and expectations are met
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivables within defined collection periods liaising with sales representatives and getting involved where necessary.
  • Conduct regular review with key accounts. Secure or renew service level agreements with particular customers according to conditions set up on contracts or other agreement documents to ensure that proper communication and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Build strong long lasting relationships with existing and potential customers with an aim to grow, develop and expand business
  • Focus on Growth and Development of Customer portfolio
  • Develop and oversee department budget and review as necessary
  • Oversee Pricing decisions working closely with Finance and Directors

 

Human Capital Management

  • Build and foster strong team spirt.
  • Train and develop Sales staff to meet the changing needs of the industry and organization.
  • Manage staff in accordance with Companies Policies and procedures.

 Other 

  • Meet and support all QHSE, and Company Policies and procedures as required
  • Liaise with all production teams to ensure all orders are made in accordance to customer request and specifications
