Sales Manager

 

CASL, a leading provider of high-performance industrial products and services, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our diverse sales team. By providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship, you'll drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure exceptional customer service across all industrial sales channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with CASL's overall business objectives for all of CASL industrial products.
  • Establish and manage individual and team sales targets, quotas, and territories.
  • Coach and mentor team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize sales performance across all channels.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment that prioritizes exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage the customer service team, ensuring prompt and professional communication to address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales tools, promotional materials, and product training programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new industry technologies.
  • Regular visits to customer’s along with the Sales Representatives to provide support and get a firsthand knowledge of their pain points.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and budget recommendations.
  • Conduct yearly performance evaluation with the sales team.
  • Monthly updates on assigned KPI’s to the managing director.
  • Identify and recruit top sales and customer service talent to support team growth.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications/Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the lubricants or industrial supplies industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite applications – Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience in managing a team selling into B2B and B2C markets.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM) best practices, and sales coaching techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and inspire team members.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and a diverse team effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
