Sales Manager (Insurance)

On behalf of Allied Insurance Brokers, we invite applications from suitably qualified professionals for the position of Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the achievement of the company’s revenue and retention targets through the execution of strategic sales initiatives, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the sales function, ensuring the attainment of revenue, retention, and cross-selling objectives.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s market presence and strengthen client relationships.
  • Engage with clients to assess their risk management and insurance needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals, policies, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • Accreditation in ACII/FLMI qualifying examinations or equivalent professional certification.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a senior management capacity, with demonstrable success in leading sales teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.
