Field Sales position to promote credit sales and resolve customer queries using the Digital applications consistent with company's policies, procedures and guidelines to achieve department targets and goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

• Recruit new businesses to join Unicomer’s merchant program and train vendor CSRs on how to sell and process our credit facility through its digital platform.
• Track and monitor digital credit applications from customers with the relevant cross functional teams to ensure the SLAs are met for the digital credit application platform.
• Collaborate with the outbound team to track customer queries and issues for Unicomer’s digital payments platform to ensure resolution according to the SLAs set.
• Report on results and key metrics to ensure achievement of established targets.
• Perform any other related duty that may be assigned to you by your management line to ensure effective operation of the department.

 JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification / education and experience:

• Five (5) GCE/CXC Ordinary level passes 
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Experience in a retail or digital environment would be an asset
• Good working vehicle will be considered an asset

 KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS /ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Computer Literate – knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
• Self-starter requiring minimum supervision
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Interest in new technical concepts, digital trends in retail and Fintech space
