SALES EXECUTIVE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- External Sales for the company- Must perform telemarketing and visitation duties daily to promote company’s products and services to customers and potential customers.
- Undertaking follows ups with customers on orders and any other related issues.
- Provide weekly reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing- Commercial and Residential and the Branch Manager.
- Manages inbound calls and provides the necessary assistance to clients and potential clients by responding to queries, complaints, and requests within the agreed turnaround time.
- Works with customers’ questions/complaints in tandem with the Branch Manager or Head of Sales and Marketing – Commercial and Residential Sales as necessary.
- Develops and maintains positive and product business relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Is responsible for calling assigned customers for order and payment collection, etc. to ensure a continuation of service.
- Maintains safe clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs any other related duties and handles special projects as may be requested by management.
Technical Skills and Experiences:
- The successful candidate must possess a track record of demonstrated success in prior electrical sales.
- Candidate must demonstrate team orientation, initiative, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities within a cross-functional work environment.
- Candidate must measure success in the areas of quality, reliability, service, and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements
- EEET or MET or any other electrical qualification.
- Must have advanced electrical product knowledge.
- Must have at least three (3) years experience in sales.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel. (Computer Literacy)
- Strong leadership, communication and critical thinking skills are a prerequisite.
- Must have a reliable working vehicle at all times

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and warehouse department, assist with complaints, orders, billing, cancelations and other queries; and helps resolve problems. Effectively conduct and perform accurate cash/accounting transactions while providing excellent internal and external customer service. Monitors inventory levels and maintain stock levels, ensures items are in designated bin locations. Items are properly tagged and labeled with Description, Bin location, Item code, Quantities. Investigates all discrepancies of shortage, excess, damages and prepare required reports. Maintain minimum and maximum levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service; suggest information about products and services.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and services, warranties or terms of sale and process payments for orders.
- Sell products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Receive and send faxes/emails.
- Follow up with customers on prices and orders received.
- Attend to customers on the counter and over the phone.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure that the goods are in stock before billing customers.
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Any other related duties required by your supervisor and manager
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Basic computer skills
