Join our team as a Sales Executive and you’ll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses to uncover and help solve their hiring challenges. Your role will focus on acquiring new clients through outbound sales activities, while also strengthening and growing existing relationships to increase CaribbeanJobs.com market share in Trinidad & Tobago.
Working in the sales department, you will develop a strong understanding of your client’s current and future recruitment needs and recommend the most suitable CaribbeanJobs.com solutions. You will contribute to creating both short- and long-term value for our partners while developing your sales career.

Your responsibilities
Cold Calling – Contact prospective corporate clients, introduce Caribbean Jobs services, and generate new business opportunities. This role requires working in a high-volume outbound sales environment with a minimum target of 50 calls per day.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure proper pipeline management and reporting.
Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partner with them to identify solutions for their recruitment needs by clearly communicating the value of our services.
Face-to-Face Client Meetings – Be open and willing to meet with clients in person when required to strengthen relationships, present solutions, and close business opportunities.
Achieving Targets – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with key KPIs including outreach activity, CRM management, and revenue generation.
Lead Generation – Proactively generate leads through research, prospecting activities, and outbound sales initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Strategy – Utilize platforms for accurate forecasting, track and evaluate client performance metrics, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Your skills and qualifications
Experience or exposure to Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B sales environments
Comfortable working in high-volume calling environments and managing daily outreach targets
Experience working with set sales targets, quotas, or KPIs
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence engaging with business decision-makers both over the phone and in person
Motivated by money, incentives, bonuses, and commissions
Ability to create professional written communication, proposals, and presentations
Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, with a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively.
