Join our team as a Sales Executive and you’ll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses to uncover and support solutions to their hiring challenges. Working in the sales department, you will develop a strong understanding of your client’s recruitment needs and learn how to recommend the most suitable CaribbeanJobs.com solutions to support them. In this role, you will contribute to creating value for our partners while developing your sales skills throughout the entire sales process.

Your responsibilities

  • Cold Calling – Contacting prospective corporate clients, introducing CaribbeanJobs.com services and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a minimum target of 50 cold calls per day as part of our proactive outbound sales strategy.
  • CRM Management – Accurately recording client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure proper pipeline management and reporting.
  • Relationship Management – Building rapport with corporate clients and supporting them in identifying solutions for their recruitment needs by clearly communicating the value of our brand and services.
  • Achieving Targets – Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, with performance measured through key KPIs such as outreach activity, CRM management, and revenue generation.
  • Lead Generation – Proactively generating leads through research, prospecting activities, and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy – Utilizing internal platforms and CRM data to monitor activity, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Experience or strong exposure to Outbound Sales / Inside Sales / B2B sales environments
  • Comfortable working in high-volume calling environments and managing daily outreach targets
  • Experience or familiarity with set sales targets, and KPIs
  • Ability to prospect, build pipelines, and engage with new business clients
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Motivated by targets, incentives, bonuses, and commissions
  • Ability to create professional written communication for proposals and client interactions
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape and maintain a solution-oriented mindset
