Sales Executive

Location: Domus Windows (Jamaica) Limited


Reporting To:

  • DWAD Sales Manager

  • Operations Manager – Jamaica


Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for securing profitable orders for Domus uPVC products, primarily targeting the Jamaican hospitality sector while also exploring opportunities across other business segments. This role oversees the full project sales cycle—from lead generation and quoting to final installation and client satisfaction. Candidates with project management experience and a strong sales background will be at a significant advantage.


Primary Responsibilities & Key Goals:
· Develop and implement a sales plan aligned with company targets and approved by the Sales Manager and CEO.
· Identify and qualify prospects that align with strategic objectives, especially within the hospitality industry.
· Supervise the preparation of quotations using the PrefSuite system, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.
· Finalize sales orders, secure deposits, and manage the collections process to ensure timely payments.
· Maintain ongoing client communication and service from contract through installation and post-installation support.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resource alignment and delivery of high-performing customer experiences.
· Identify strategic growth opportunities through industry research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
· Enhance customer relationships by providing timely solutions, updates, and personalized service recommendations.
· Recommend pricing and product positioning strategies based on real-time market feedback and trends.
· Produce timely reports and performance summaries to inform leadership and guide planning.
· Uphold quality and brand standards across all client interactions and project deliverables.
· Stay current with professional knowledge through industry networking, publications, and ongoing learning.
· Demonstrate ownership over assigned projects including design review, coordination of change orders, and on-site progress tracking.
· Resolve issues and complaints quickly to preserve client relationships and safeguard the company’s reputation.
· Present products and solutions professionally to high-value clients and stakeholders.
· Implement feedback for continuous process and service improvement.
· Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by company leadership.
