Sales Executive, International Business

ARC Manufacturing Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturer and distributor of building material, is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of SALES EXECUTIVE, International Business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Introduces and sell ARC’s product offerings, to the target export markets, with the aim of meeting or exceeding sales targets;

• Defines and implement sales and business strategies to generate new business;

• Monitors and analyzes the export markets to assess the company’s business and competitive environments in those markets and provide related recommendations to management;

• Effectively maintains a strong network of business contacts to include customers and suppliers.

• Actively assess the company’s product portfolio and their individual performance in the export markets and make recommendations to management.

• Assists with negotiating and maintaining International Distributor Agreements, as well as Sales and Trade Financing Contracts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business,  Management, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline;

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;

• Excellent written and verbal communication;

• Very innovative with excellent interpersonal skills;

• At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.

• Knowledge of the building materials industry, shipping, and working knowledge of Spanish (at minimum) would be an asset;

• Able to travel internationally if required.
