Sales Executive - Hotels

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving and/or surpassing case sales volume objectives for both parent company beverage portfolios in the assigned Hotel sales offices covering from Negril, Westmoreland to Boscobel, St. Mary. Contribute to the targeted cost per case by efficiently executing all Hotel sales office sales and slated parent company MEM project implementation activities within the required timelines and budget. 

Major Responsibilities 

  • Establishes, builds, and maintains strong and effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders at a mid to top management level to drive mutual growth, visibility, and profitability of the Hotel portfolio for CBL.
  • Assist in the implementation of Pepsi-Jamaica’s and Red Stripe’s business strategy in assigned Hotel sales offices through the execution of the full set of Sales Drivers
  • Possesses a Customer Service-centric mindset by effectively managing customer purchase order fulfilment and CBL Finance Accounts Receivables.
  • Scrutinize and double check all stated prices on all Hotel All-Inclusive customer purchase orders submitted to ensure alignment with applicable signed parent company special pricing contractual agreements
  • Ensure full compliance of the Key Account Executive Journey Plan (Daily & Weekly) as assigned by the CBL Commercial Department
  • Be directly responsible for the relationship management with the assigned channel, customer, and outlet base.

Academic qualifications and experience required for the job: 

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business (B.B.A.) or related area. 
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience and knowledge in ‘Fast Moving Consumer Goods’ (FMCG) sales or Hospitality Industry sales related commercial roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and high level of customer service skills 
  • History of progressive leadership experience 
  • Own or have full access to a reliable motor vehicle 
  • Valid Driver’s License
