This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients while driving business growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the corporate sector.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate accounts.
Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, networking, and client visits.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential corporate clients.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with key decision makers within client organizations.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
Track and report on sales activities and account progress.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the B2B landscape.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B or corporate sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing corporate or key accounts is an asset.

Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
