We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and client service teams by managing client contracts and ensuring all service commitments are delivered accurately on time, and in line with agreed terms.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and client service teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that client contracts are effectively managed and that all service commitments are delivered accurately and on time.

The main duties and responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

  • Providing oversight for the processing of all MPS bills on a timely manner
  • Keeping an up to date record of all client contracts and to provide triggers to the team on renewal periods.
  • Ensure that the service provided to each client is as per signed contracts. Therefore ensuring that the correct prices are used in quotations, SLA is adhered to, Preventative Maintenance is completed on time and all other elements of the contract is executed.
  • Managing the process of the installation of Print Audit in client’s environment and ensuring that the software is updated to reflect changes in the client’s environment.
  • Continuously monitor emails to ensure that there are timely and accurate responses to clients and all other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that onboarding meetings are held with new clients and the proper procedures are followed for the provision of credit terms to clients.
  • Keep a schedule of Business Review meetings for each contract client and ensure that the schedule is adhered to.
  • Managing the process for the preparation of bids and proposals
  •  Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or service gaps in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support, client services, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
