Marketing Manager

Aleabra Brands Ltd is a regional distributor of building technology solutions and a regional partner for Hisense HVAC. Its contracting division, PROHVAC, provides professional services in HVAC Design, Installation, and Maintenance . The company provides air condition equipment to Government, Hospitals, chain-type businesses, corporate entities, resellers, residential & others.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand Aleabra Brands’ presence in the Jamaican HVAC market. This role combines direct sales with business development initiatives, ensuring both immediate revenue growth and long-term market expansion. The successful candidate will represent Hisense Air Conditioners and other products and services and work to penetrate sales of both stock and special-order equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the Service/Technical team to ensure proper delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Business Development

  • Prospect new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Research and identify growth opportunities in untapped markets (developers, contractors, architects, home decorators, retail partners).
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the HVAC and construction industries.
  • Develop proposals and business cases to secure large-scale or special-order projects.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to promote the Hisense brand.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years’ proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in HVAC, appliances, IT or building materials.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset (training provided).
  • Motor Vehicle
