Position Summary
The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving bookings and enhancing the guest experience through both direct sales and creative guest programming. In addition to managing inquiries and selling villa packages, this individual will be responsible for developing and overseeing engaging activities and themed weeks that enrich the resort experience and support seasonal promotions.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the resort’s villa packages, services, and special promotions.
Respond to guest inquiries with detailed and friendly communication.
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries.
Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless booking-to-arrival transitions.
Program and manage weekly activities and events, including wellness classes, cultural excursions, and themed experiences (e.g., yoga weeks, culinary retreats, family fun weeks).
Coordinate logistics and staff participation for scheduled activities and events.
Assist in developing seasonal sales strategies and themed week packages to attract target audiences (families, couples, wellness groups, etc.).
Represent the resort at marketing events, travel shows, and partner meetings.
Provide feedback on guest preferences to inform future programming and promotions.
Develop and expand the resort's retreat portfolio during the off-season, targeting wellness, corporate, and specialty group markets to maintain strong occupancy year-round.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales or guest experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
Experience or interest in event planning, programming, or activity coordination.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with booking platforms and CRM systems.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
