Our Sales Representatives use consultative sales processes to understand the needs and potential of every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability to guide them to the best possible solution, answer questions, and provide them with the services that best suit their needs.

Our Sales Representatives use consultative sales processes to understand the needs and potential of every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability to guide them to the best possible solution, answer questions, and provide them with the services that best suit their needs.
Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing high level of customer service to customers via inbound calls and emails (Daily Volume: ~30-50 calls, ~60-80 emails)
- Continually exceed customer expectations
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate across multiple platforms
- Constantly evaluate customer experience and make suggestions to improve customer engagement/satisfaction
- Meet or exceed KPI's including time to first response, customer satisfaction scores
- Being able to communicate with one client acrosss multiple channels such as voice, email etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proactive attitude with an ability to creatively solve problems quickly
- Independent, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willing to support other teams when needed
- Confident, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working under pressure
- Computer and Technology savvy
- Experience with using Hubspot is not a must but preferred
- Experience with JustCall is not a must but preferred
- Experience with Opus is not a must but preferred
- Experience with Shopify is not a must but preferred
- You have training in sales methodologies (this is nice to have!)
- Collections experience
- Airline selling tickets
- Reservations experience
- Telecommunications experience
- Stable and reliable internet connection
Internet and Device Requirement:
- Internet Speed of 40-50 Mbps / Upload Speed - 30 Mbps
- System: Windows 10 or more. 32 -bit Operation system.
- RAM 8GB or more
- Processors - Intel Core i5 or up.
- Laptop (No Chromebook, Linux OS, or Desktop)
- Wired headset
- Quiet working environment
