The Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion and is a Key contributor to the Company's success by utilizing their technical knowledge and sales acumen to identify and secure revenue growth and market share.

IMSCO Limited, an Industrial (MPT) Sales Company has been in the market for over twenty (20) years, is seeking to identify Sales Agents for both Automotive and Technical Sales.

The Sales Agents will be a key contributor to the Company's success by utilizing their technical knowledge and sales acumen, while being responsible for the following duties: 

Client Relationship Management · 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential commercial clients. 

  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion · 

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry. 

  • Manage and track customer sales cycles, ensuring timely and accurate quotes and proposals.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting for new business opportunities. 

Technical Collaboration & Support · 

  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide comprehensive product support and answer customer questions. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports for management review.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A valid driver's license is required

  • Owining or  havng access to a reliable motor vehicle is an asset
