Blewstream is seeking 20 dynamic and results-driven Tele-Sales Agents for a 6-month contract to conduct door to door sales.

Position Title: Tele – Sales Agent
Employment Type: Full-Time, 6-month Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Tele-Sales Agents for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in door-to-door sales and upselling, with strong English communication and computer skills. Agents must be immediately available to join our team and contribute to our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote and sell company products/services.
• Identify customer needs and effectively upsell additional products or services.
• Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a professional image.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Accurately record sales activities and customer information using company systems.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or tele-sales is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to upsell and close sales
• Strong English speaking and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Additional Information:

• This is a contract position for 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
