We are a licensed boutique securities dealer and investment firm in Jamaica, delivering personalized wealth management and investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and retail clients.
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Agent who understands capital markets, thrives on relationship-building, and wants uncapped earning potential in a performance-based environment.
This is not a passive sales role. This is a growth role for a financial professional who wants to build a strong client portfolio, expand Assets Under Management (AUM), and operate within a regulated, high-integrity environment governed by FSC and BOJ standards.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition
- Proactively source and convert new investment clients
- Build and manage a robust pipeline exceeding $25M+ JMD in qualified prospects
- Open 5–8 new client accounts monthly
- Achieve ≥90% of quarterly revenue targets
- Grow AUM by 12–15% year-over-year
- Maintain a ≥25% sales conversion rate
2. Wealth Advisory & Relationship Management
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable products:
- Equities
- Bonds
- Mutual funds
- Structured investment products
- Perform portfolio reviews and educate clients on market trends
- Maintain ≥85% client retention
- Achieve a client satisfaction score of ≥8/10
- Cross-sell and upsell to maintain a 1.5 product ratio per client
3. Regulatory Excellence & Compliance
- Execute all onboarding in strict adherence to FSC, AML, and KYC standards
- Maintain 100% documentation accuracy
- Operate with zero regulatory violations or compliance breaches
- Complete 20+ hours of continuing education annually
Who Thrives in This Role?
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has 2–3+ years of sales experience in securities, banking, investments, or financial services
- Has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Understands high-net-worth client dynamics
- Holds (or can obtain within 90 days) an FSC Securities Dealer Representative license
- Has strong knowledge of capital markets and financial planning
- Is entrepreneurial, disciplined, and performance-driven
- Values ethics and regulatory compliance as non-negotiable standards
