Renova Spa is recruiting candidates for the below positions to work at our new location in Falmouth.

SALON TECHNICIANS

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a valid therapist/cosmetologist licence
• Have a valid health certificate
• Have a well groomed and professional appearance
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and co-workers.
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness of work areas

             CORE COMPETENCIES

• Be able to work with Caucasian hair
• Be able to competently perform Bridal Hairstyles
• bE able to competently apply client make-up
• Be able to cut or trim hair using clippers and scissors
• Provide advice to clients regarding hair products and care
• Provide appropriate post-cutting guidelines
• Maintain and sanitize hair cutting tools and salon instruments

The ideal candidate must:

• Maintain cleanliness of the spa and all common areas. 
• Organize and tidy  inventory rooms. 
• Take linen daily to and/from the hotel laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness of the gazebos.  
• Have a well groomed and professional appearance
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work independently while supporting a team environment
