Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In this hybrid role, you will manage appointments, assist clients with inquiries and ensure the smooth operation of our spa facilities.
Responsibilities
• Manage the front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries regarding services and products
• Schedule appointments and maintain the booking system to optimize spa treatments and services
• Provide clients with information about services, packages, and promotions offered at the spa
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Execute administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of client transactions
• Uphold a high standards of customer service and client care, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role and a track record in client relations, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using scheduling and payment processing software
Preferred:
• Experience with spa management software
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software or CRM systems
