JOB SUMMARY

To service and repair equipment in accordance with mutually agreed upon internal and external customer requirements, in a timely and effective manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers.
• Adheres to customer requirements in the areas of quality, reliability, consistency of service and deadlines.
• Keeps customers informed of work-in-progress and work status at all stages of the job.
• Supervises the installation and commissioning of jobs on customers’ site required.
• Collects data on assigned jobs, verifies and seeks additional data at customer’s site.
• Conducts visual inspection of equipment.
• Conducts field tests.
• Disassembles, cleans and inspects equipment.
• Informs customer of finding and available options.
• Evaluates equipment against O.E.M specification.
• Keeps department/unit manager/supervisor and customer informed of findings.
• Replaces components as per approved quotation and in accordance with O.E.M specification.
• Tests equipment performance characteristics and troubleshoots further as required.
• Deliver, installs and tests equipment at customers’ site.
• Ensure that customer signs all documentation to complete job.
• Maintains knowledge, awareness and compliance of all Human Resources; resource; quality; health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
• Report and record corrective/preventive actions.
• Services and maintains equipment typical with best practices related to companies’ products and services.
• Any other related duties as assigned.
